Betrayal

I still don't understand...
Why people always assume that cheating is the biggest form of betrayal?
Though for me,
Ignorance is also another form of betrayal
Never listen is a betrayal too...
Never understanding is betraying someone's trust too...

They said...
Cheating is considered as betrayal since it hurts another side.
But ignorance is definitely painful too...
Never listen makes people feel lonely as how cheating did...
Never understanding makes people feel worthless, like any other thing is more important than them.
The difference is...
Cheating makes someone is more important than the abandoned partner...
While ignorance makes something is more important than the same abandoned prtner...

Both sucks
Both are extremely painful,
How can cheating is the only judgement of betrayal?
